Custom marketing dashboards

All your marketing data in one screen. Built by bots in days.

Your numbers live in six different logins: Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook, your Business Profile, your CRM. AI agents can now connect all of them and build you one custom dashboard, fast. I direct the agents, check every number, and keep it running.

What changed

Reporting used to be a monthly PDF. Now it can be your own app.

Building a custom dashboard used to mean a developer, a data warehouse and a few months. So most small businesses got a spreadsheet or an agency's monthly PDF and called it reporting.

AI agents changed the math. They can pull data from your tools, write the connections and build an interactive screen around how you actually run the business. What they can't do is know which numbers matter or catch a number that's wrong. That part is my job.

Who does what

Agents build it. I check it. You read it.

The agents

Connect and build

They pull data from every tool you use, build the dashboard screens and set up refreshes that run on their own.

Alex

Checks every number

Every source gets matched against the tool it came from. If a number is off, I find out why before you see it.

You

Make the calls

Open one screen instead of six. Read a short plain-English summary each week. Ask for new views whenever you want them.

What goes on the list

Every source, one screen, refreshed on its own.

Here's where most dashboard lists start. Anything you look up by hand today can go on it.

Connect your data sources

Every place your marketing numbers live, pulled into one place.

Build the dashboard

A custom, interactive screen built around your business.

Refreshes that run on their own

Set up once, checked, then left to run.

A weekly plain-English summary

What moved, why it probably moved, and what I'd do about it.

Alerts when something drops

Find out the week it happens, not at the end of the quarter.

New views when you ask

Your questions change. The dashboard changes with them.

Your own screen

Not a template. A screen built around how you run things.

Off-the-shelf dashboard tools give you their layout and their charts. A custom build gives you yours.

Want leads by service area next to ad spend? Calls by day of the week? One view your office manager checks every morning and a different one for you? Those are tasks on the list, not upgrades on a pricing page.

Because it's built in code, it can do more than show numbers. Filters, drill-downs, notes, a button that flags a lead for follow-up. Your dashboard can become the place you manage from.

Four ways to see your numbers.

They all show you data. Only one gets built around your questions and kept running for you.

Work like this

Dashboards I've already built.

No client names, by policy. Here's the kind of work.

A private school and college

A PR and analytics dashboard that pulls press coverage, website traffic and AI search visibility into one place for the communications team.

A home services marketing agency

Client dashboards that combine ad, call and lead data, so the agency's clients can see results without waiting on a monthly deck.

Your version

Your sources, your views, your numbers. On the free call I'll tell you which of your tools connect easily and which take more work.

Who's running it

Hi, I'm Alex. I've been in digital marketing for 16 years.

Radio, agencies, my own shop. I've pulled the numbers, built the decks and sat in the meetings where nobody believed them.

Now AI agents do the connecting and building. My job is knowing which numbers matter to a small business and making sure they're right. You talk to me, not an account manager.

Fair questions

Quick answers.

What is a custom dashboard, exactly?

A private web page built for your business that pulls numbers from your tools and shows them in one place. Your layout, your charts, your filters. It updates on its own.

How fast can I have it?

A first version usually takes days, not months, once I have access. Connecting sources and fixing tracking take the longest. After that, new views are tasks on the list.

Who checks the numbers?

I do. Every source gets checked against the tool it came from before you rely on it. If a number doesn't match, I find out why first.

What if my tracking is a mess?

Most tracking is. Fixing it is usually the first task, because a dashboard built on bad data is worse than no dashboard. Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking and form tracking get checked before anything gets charted.

What if it's not working for me?

Cancel any month. There's no contract and no setup fee, and you keep everything that was built.
