What we do

Every number you check, in one place you actually open.

These are the tasks that go on a dashboard list: connecting your data, building the screens, keeping it fresh and making it more useful every week.

Connect your data sources

Every place your marketing numbers live, pulled into one place.

  • Google Analytics 4 and Search Console
  • Google Ads and Meta ads
  • Google Business Profile calls, clicks and reviews
  • Your CRM, call tracking and form leads

Build the dashboard

A custom, interactive screen built around your business.

  • Tiles for the numbers you check most
  • Trends by week, month and season
  • Filters by service, location or campaign
  • Separate views for you and your team

Refreshes that run on their own

Set up once, checked, then left to run.

  • Daily or weekly data refreshes
  • Checks that flag a broken connection
  • History kept so you can compare periods
  • Nobody updating a spreadsheet by hand
Runs daily

A weekly plain-English summary

What moved, why it probably moved, and what I'd do about it.

  • A short written summary every week
  • Wins and drops called out
  • Notes tied to what changed that week
  • Questions answered in our weekly meeting

Alerts when something drops

Find out the week it happens, not at the end of the quarter.

  • Leads or calls falling off
  • Ad spend running hot, or a campaign that stopped
  • Site traffic dropping after a change
  • Tracking that stops firing

New views when you ask

Your questions change. The dashboard changes with them.

  • A new chart or table, added to the list
  • A view for a new service or location
  • Exports for your accountant or partner
  • Cleanup of views nobody uses

Tracking fixes first

A dashboard is only as good as the data going into it.

  • GA4 and Tag Manager checked and fixed
  • Conversion tracking on calls and forms
  • Lead sources labeled so you can trust them
  • UTM links set up on ads and emails
Usually week one

The rest of your list

The flat rate covers more than the dashboard.

  • Fixing what the data points to, like a slow landing page
  • Ad, website and CRM tasks
  • Reports for a partner, board or franchisor
  • Anything else digital you need done
One-off or recurring

The build happens once. The upkeep runs every week.

Connecting your sources and building the first version is a project. It gets broken into pieces and worked over the first weeks until it's live.

Refreshes, the weekly summary and alerts are recurring. They get set up once, checked, and then run on their own. New views and fixes go on the list as you think of them.

What we don't do

The honest limits.

  • Making up numbers a tool doesn't track. If it isn't measured, we set up the tracking first.
  • Pulling data from a tool that doesn't allow it, or breaking a platform's terms to get it.
  • Paying for your ad spend or software. Those stay on your card.
  • Financial or tax reporting that needs an accountant to sign off.
  • Promising the numbers will go up. A dashboard shows you the truth, good or bad.
