Days to a first version. Better every week after.
You give the agents access to your tools. They connect the data and build the screens. I check every number. Then we meet once a week and keep improving it.
From first call to first finished task.
Free 30-minute call
You tell me the tools you use and the questions you can't answer today. I'll tell you what can be connected and what can't. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
Access to your tools
You add a user for us in Analytics, your ad accounts, your Business Profile and your CRM, the same way you'd add an employee. Read-only access covers most of it.
Tracking check
Before anything gets charted, the tracking gets checked. Broken conversion tags and mislabeled lead sources get fixed first.
First version, built and checked
The agents connect the sources and build the first screens. I match every number against the tool it came from before you see it.
Weekly meeting, weekly summary
We go over what the numbers say and what to change. New views, fixes and other tasks go on the list.
What a week looks like.
Read the numbers
We walk through the dashboard and the summary, and pick what's next.
Agents work the list
New views, fixes and other tasks get built while the refreshes run on their own.
I check everything
Every new chart and every number gets reviewed before it goes live.
The summary goes out
A short written note: what moved, what I'd watch, what's next.
A week's worth of work, every week.
The agents are fast, but every connection and every chart still needs a review. That's the real limit, and it's why we work week to week.
The first version comes together quickly. After that, the dashboard is one item on your list next to anything else digital you need. Big requests get broken up and roll forward until they're done.
Your data stays yours.
- We work as a user in your tools, with read-only access wherever that's enough.
- The dashboard and its data live in accounts in your name.
- Where a tool won't allow another user, you share a login with us and change it after.
- Remove our access any time. It comes out the day you cancel.
- Your software subscriptions and ad spend stay on your card.
Everything people ask on the first call.
What is a custom dashboard, exactly?
A private web page built for your business that pulls numbers from your tools and shows them in one place. Your layout, your charts, your filters. It updates on its own.
Which tools can you connect?
Most of the common ones: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta ads, Google Business Profile, and the CRM, call tracking or form tools you already use. Some tools make their data easy to reach and some don't. On the free call I'll tell you which of yours connect cleanly and which need a workaround.
How fast can I have it?
A first version usually takes days, not months, once I have access. Connecting sources and fixing tracking take the longest. After that, new views are tasks on the list.
Who checks the numbers?
I do. Every source gets checked against the tool it came from before you rely on it. If a number doesn't match, I find out why first.
Do I need to buy dashboard software?
No. The AI tools and credits on my side are included in the $499. If a data source needs its own paid connector, I'll tell you before anything gets bought, and it stays on your card.
What if my tracking is a mess?
Most tracking is. Fixing it is usually the first task, because a dashboard built on bad data is worse than no dashboard. Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking and form tracking get checked before anything gets charted.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Your office manager, your sales lead or your partner can each have the view that matters to them.
Is there really no task cap?
There's no cap on your list. Each week we work as much of it as a week allows, highest priority first, and the rest rolls forward. You always know what's done and what's next.
Do I own it?
Yes. The dashboard and its data live in accounts in your name from day one. If you cancel, you keep everything that was built.
What can't a dashboard do?
It can't fix bad data by itself, and it can't tell you why a customer didn't call. It shows you what happened and where to look. The weekly summary and our meeting are where we decide what to do about it.
Is it just you?
The agents do the building. I direct them and check every number. You talk to me, not an account manager.
What if it's not working for me?
Cancel any month. There's no contract and no setup fee, and you keep everything that was built.
